At Giordano, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a hassle-free return process for unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Giordano account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or a similar durable container, including the original invoice and the Return Authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
